Titans have no problems with Elida

OTTAWA - Jacob Lugo rushed 22 times for 138 yards and a TD to lead Ottawa-Glandorf to a 42-0 win over Elida on Friday. The Titans rushed for 262 yards.

Taylor Kuhlman rushed for 76 yards and passed for 98 more. He scored on two rushes, or 53 and eight yards.

Elida was held to negative 6 yards rushing. Bulldogs quarterback Alex McAdams completed 16 of 24 passes for 104 yards, and was not intercepted.

Shawnee 41, Celina 6

CELINA - Brandon Stephenson led the Shawnee rushing attack with 135 yards, and fullback Isaiah Irons had another 125. The Indians rushed for 417 yards on 50 attempts.

Stephenson scored three times, and Irons had a 65-yard rush for a TD.

The Bulldogs rushed for just 36 yards, but had 241 passing yards.

Pandora-Gilboa 24, Leipsic 21

LEIPSIC - Pandora-Gilboa outscored Leipsic 24-7 in the second and third quarters to seal the win. Sam Maag scored on a one-yard rush, and completed TD passes to Sam Spallinger and Josh Lee.

Lee caught six passes for 85 yards.

The Rockets rushed for 28 yards, and the Vikings rushed for 76.

Waynesfield 55, Riverside 0

DeGRAFF - Jake Spencer had 17 carries for 187 yards and a score, and Ryan Spencer added 138 rushing yards with a score for Waynesfield. The Tigers chewed up 484 rushing yards.

Tigers quarterback Connor Mortimer completed just six passes, but four went for touchdowns.

Cory-Rawson 53, Vanlue 14

RAWSON - Cory-Rawson totaled 409 yards, with 265 coming on the ground. Ben Niese (87 yards) and John Anderson (84) led the way.

Vanlue committed six turnovers, including five fumbles.

Coldwater 23, Anna 0

ANNA - Coldwater racked up 302 total yards, 176 rushing and another 126 passing. Tony Harlamert led the ground game with 49 yards on 21 carries and three touchdowns, while quarterback Cory Klenke completed 14 of 23 passes.

The Cavaliers defense came away with four interceptions.

Spencerville 24, Columbus Grove 21

SPENCERVILLE - Chris Hood scored on an 18-yard run in the fourth quarter to give Spencerville its winning points. Hood also scored on a 4-yard pass from Tyler Deitering in the third.

Trevor Arthur led Spencerville with 171 rushing yards on 19 carries. The Bearcats had 200 rushing yards while Grove rolled up 307.

Paulding 41, Delta 21

DELTA - Paulding jumped out to a 29-0 lead by halftime and rolled through Delta. The Panthers had 243 total yards, with 113 coming on 32 rushing attempts.

Haden Sholl found Andrew Mott for three touchdown passes, and Mott scored on an 80-yard punt return.

Indian Lake 14, Bellefontaine 7

LEWISTOWN - Stacy Jones caught a 95-yard touchdown pass from Kaleb Draper and threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to Adam Reichart for Indian Lake.

T.J. Garman caught a 48-yard touchdown pass from Matt Brisson for Bellefontaine.

Van Buren 21, Hardin Northern 14

VAN BUREN - Van Buren (4-1, 2-1) was able to squeeze out a Blanchard Valley Conference victory against the Hardin Northern Polar Bears (1-4, 1-3).

Josh Gilliand threw a 26-yard and 8-yard touchdown pass to Nick Huber for Van Buren.

For the Polar Bears, Joe Walter ran for a 22-yard touchdown while catching an 11-yard touchdown pass from Reid Parsons.

USV 43, Marion Catholic 0

McGUFFEY - Upper Scioto Valley (3-2, 2-1) held Marion Catholic (1-4, 1-1) to negative 35 rushing yards.

Rams quarterback Rhys Rose threw 7 completions for 191 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed the ball 12 times for 47 yards and 1 touchdown.

Marion Local 17, St. Henry 10

MARIA STEIN -- Marion Local (4-1, 2-1) was able to outgain St. Henry (4-1, 2-1) by 100 yards for an important Midwest Athletic Conference win.

Ben Smith had 25 carries for 129 yards and Troy Prenger had 133 passing yards and a touchdown pass for the Flyers.

Brad Stahl hooked up with Vic Fortkamp for an 18-yard touchdown pass for the Redskins.

Fairbanks 35, Perry 14

LIMA - Nick Gibson had three touchdowns total to lead Fairbanks (3-2, 2-0) past Perry (1-4, 1-2).

Korey Lane had 79 rushing yards on 26 carries, including a 1 yard touchdown run for the Commodores.

Defiance 35, Van Wert 18

VAN WERT -- Defiance (4-1, 3-1) tallied 28 points in the first half and never looked back. Tim Hoverman had three touchdown runs for the Cougars of 35, nine and one yard.

St. Marys 46, Wapakoneta 23

ST. MARYS -- St. Marys (5-0) pounded 334 rushing yards out of Wapakoneta (1-4).

Jeremy Frey had 132 rushing yards for the Roughriders. Jake Taylor completed nine passes for 157 yards and a score.

Delphos St. John's 14, Versailles 8

VERSAILLES - Blue Jays (5-0) running back Jordan Leininger carried the balls 23 times for 166 yards to remain undefeated.

Wes Ulm had a 17-yard touchdown run for St. John's while Matt Brinkman had a 40-yard touchdown run.
