Celina holds off Van Wert in overtime
Celina had to go to overtime to get its eighth win in 11 games when it beat Van Wert 58-54 in boys basketball on Monday night.
Derek Gagle scored 20 points, Jake Green 16 and Darin Waterman 11 for the Bulldogs (8-3, 3-0 Western Buckeye League).
Jake Bagley's 24 points led Van Wert (4-6, 2-1 WBL). Jake Olson had 10 points.

The Big Green followed up their big Putnam County League win over Pandora-Gilboa on Saturday night with a non-league victory over Crestview.
Scott Pohlman and Andrew Koch had 15 points each for Ottoville (10-1). Brad Turnwald had 13 points and Jordan Schimmoeller and Keith Pohlman had 10 points each.
Crestview (1-8) got 21 points from Tony Springer and 10 from Brad Miller.

Jo Thompson's 14 points led Crestview. Melissa Eickholt scored 12 points and Kelsey Nedderman had 11 points. Devon Keysor led Spencerville with 11 points.
Spencerville is 2-7 overall and 2-2 in the NWC.
